Privacy Policy

This policy covers two things run by the same person, Vasyl Nagirnyak (Nagirnyak Production, Italy): the website nagirnyakproduction.com and the Lumen Walks Uploader, a private publishing tool for the YouTube channel Lumen Walks. Both are operated by the channel owner for his own work; neither is offered as a service to other people.

1. The website

• No accounts, no forms. The site has no sign-up, no contact form and no comments. Contact happens through WhatsApp, e-mail or Instagram links you choose to open.
• No cookies set by us. The site stores your language choice and a local, anonymous log of which buttons were clicked in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your browser and is not sent to us.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
• Messages you send. If you write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation for as long as the project needs it and use it only to answer you and to do the work you asked for.

2. Lumen Walks Uploader and Google user data

The Lumen Walks Uploader is a program that runs on the channel owner's own computer. It uses YouTube API Services to publish the owner's own videos to his own channel: it uploads videos, sets titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and playlists, reads back the video's settings to verify them, and reads the channel's own analytics (views, watch time, retention, traffic sources).

• Whose data. Only the data of the YouTube channel that authorised the tool - the operator's own channel. The tool has no other users and never accesses other people's Google accounts or data.
• Google user data accessed. Through the authorised Google account: the channel's videos and their metadata, caption tracks, thumbnails, playlists and YouTube Analytics reports for that channel. Scopes: youtube.upload, youtube, youtube.force-ssl, yt-analytics.readonly.
• Where it is stored. On the operator's own computer and his own backup drives, as files next to each video project. Nothing is stored on servers we run, and nothing is sent to third parties. Analytics numbers are kept as a per-episode record to compare episodes with each other.
• Sharing and selling. None. Google user data is not shared with, sold to, or transferred to anyone, and it is not used for advertising, profiling or to train machine-learning models.
• Retention. Video project records, including analytics snapshots, are kept for as long as the channel exists, because they document how each episode was made. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time (see Contact).
• Revoking access. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that the tool can no longer read or change anything.
• YouTube terms. By using the tool the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Limited Use. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to the address below; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.

4. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
