Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website nagirnyakproduction.com and to the Lumen Walks Uploader, both operated by Vasyl Nagirnyak (Nagirnyak Production, Italy).

1. The website

• The site presents the studio's work and prices. Prices and package descriptions on the site are an invitation to discuss a project, not a binding offer; every project is confirmed in writing (e-mail or WhatsApp) before it starts.
• All films, images, texts and the logo on the site belong to Nagirnyak Production or to the clients named next to them. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that it is free of errors or always available.

2. Lumen Walks Uploader

• The Lumen Walks Uploader is a private tool that the channel owner runs on his own computer to publish his own videos to his own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and accesses only the YouTube channel that authorised it.
• The tool uses YouTube API Services. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy; the data it handles is described in our Privacy Policy.
• The tool is provided as is, for the operator's own use, without warranty of any kind.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nagirnyak Production is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the site or the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

4. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes that cannot be settled in conversation go to the courts of Italy.

5. Changes

When these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
